Template draft. This page is an English template prepared for launch readiness. Legal entity name, registered address, governing law, regulator references and card program partner names must be confirmed by legal counsel before the site goes live.
1. Acceptance
By accessing www.vccpt.com or submitting a request through it you agree to these Terms. Access to card programs, the dashboard and the API is additionally governed by the account agreement, card program terms and fee schedule provided at onboarding. [Legal entity, governing law and dispute forum to be confirmed by counsel.]
2. Nature of the service
Wirego provides access to virtual and physical card programs issued by licensed partner institutions under the Visa and Mastercard networks, together with software for card management, spending controls, transaction monitoring, reporting and API integration. Wirego is not a bank. Cards are issued by the relevant card program partner, and the availability of any program, card type, BIN, top-up method or feature is subject to verification, program rules and regional availability.
3. Eligibility and verification
Services are offered to businesses and to individuals of legal age in supported regions. Identity or business verification (KYC / KYB) may be required before an account is opened or before certain limits or features are enabled. We may decline, suspend or close accounts that do not meet program requirements, and we may ask for additional information at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the rules of the card networks, the card program partners and the merchants you pay. You must not use the services to circumvent the terms of any third-party platform, to evade sanctions or verification requirements, to process payments on behalf of undisclosed third parties, or for any activity on our prohibited list, which includes unlicensed gambling, adult content, weapons, controlled substances, money services without a licence, and any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours. Advertising accounts and subscriptions paid with our cards remain subject to the policies of those platforms; approval of a transaction by us does not guarantee acceptance by a merchant.
5. Fees, top-ups and balances
Fees are set out in the quote and fee schedule provided for your program and may vary by card program, region, verification level and volume. Top-ups in USD or supported digital assets such as USDT are credited according to the program rules after confirmation; conversion rates, network fees and processing times are disclosed at the time of top-up. Balances are prepaid and are not deposits; they do not earn interest and are not covered by deposit insurance.
6. Transactions and declines
Transactions may be declined by the card program partner, the card network or the merchant for reasons including insufficient balance, limits, merchant category, risk controls or compliance checks. We are not responsible for losses arising from declined transactions, merchant policies or third-party platform actions.
7. API access
API access is granted to qualified partners after review and is subject to the API terms, rate limits and security requirements provided with your credentials. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your integration.
8. Intellectual property
The website, dashboard, API, documentation and branding are owned by Wirego or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use them for the services.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, acceptance by any merchant or platform, or particular outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the services in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid to us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where required by law, program rules or risk controls, or where these Terms are breached. Remaining balances are handled in accordance with the card program terms after any required checks.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes to account terms are notified through the dashboard or by email.
